Sam’s Thoughts: Of course I would start a series at book 10, because I didn’t look to see if it was part of a series. My MIL, as diligent as she is, discovered this BEFORE she started reading it {after I gave it to her}. A little research and she had an answer. Haha. Go figure Samantha.
Now, that being said- I read it and did like it but I didn’t love it. For some reason, I struggled to stay with the book. The story line is relatable which is nice, and had I read any of the other books maybe I would have had a better insight into the characters as well… so I would definitely start there.
I would suggest Debbie Macomber any day, so maybe this one just wasn’t my favorite, but it certainly won’t stop me from reading more of her stuff.
